Gurugram, 29th March: Beansprouts preprimary & The Blue Bells celebrated its much-anticipated First Annual Day on 29th March with a spectacular and enchanting presentation, “Fortunes of the Fair,” an adaptation of the legendary tale of Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves. The event transported the audience into the heart of the ancient Arabian world, where the spirit of adventure, courage, and wisdom came to life in a grandeur that sparkled like a thousand stars in the desert sky.
The evening began with the arrival of our esteemed guest, Dr Saroj Suman Gulati, Director, Blue Bells Group of Schools and founder the blue bells School of Integrated learning who was warmly welcomed, Ashish Gulati, Vice Chairman, Blue Bells Group of Schools, along with esteemed dignitaries, Management Members, faculty, parents, and students. Following this, the Green Welcome set the tone for the evening, as guests were greeted in an eco-friendly manner. The event then commenced with the Diya Lighting, followed by the sacred chanting of the Gayatri Mantra, invoking divine blessings for a successful and memorable celebration. As the prayers resonated, a deep sense of reverence and unity enveloped the gathering
The evening was beautifully ushered in with a soulful Ganesh Vandana, as students offered their reverence to Lord Ganesha, seeking his blessings for success and harmony. The melodious chants and graceful movements filled the air with a sense of peace and devotion. This was followed by a delightful welcome dance performed by the little students, whose innocent charm and vibrant energy brought a burst of joy and excitement to the occasion.
Our cofounder beansprouts and Deputy Director academic development and innovation blue bells group of schools, Soumya Gulati delivered a heartfelt welcome address, expressing gratitude to the members of the management, school leaders and the parents for their unwavering support.
The students staged a dynamic performance of Alibaba and the Forty Thieves, where they not only brought the classic story to life but also highlighted their diverse skills. Through engaging dialogue, expressive performances, and impressive attention to detail, they skillfully captured the essence of the tale, showcasing their talents in a truly captivating way, highlighting the school’s dedication to holistic education and value-driven learning.
Shivali Sharma, Headmistress, beansprouts and The Blue Bells School welcomed the audience and presented the Annual Report highlighting the milestones and accomplishments of the school and students.
A key highlight of the function was the 100% participation of all the students of Prenursery to grade 6 showcasing their talent in a meticulously planned series of performances. Each performance was enhanced with meticulously choreographed dance sequences and captivating dramatic enactments, all thoughtfully designed and executed by the school’s talented team. The rich narrative of adventure, wit, and courage was masterfully portrayed, immersing the audience in the vibrant world of Arabic folklore. Through the story, the students embraced the valuable message of living a simple life, grounded in honesty and truth.
In her inspiring address, the Chief Guest commended the school for bringing the rich world of Arabic tales to life in such an engaging and impactful manner. She applauded the 100% student participation and initiative, emphasizing that such opportunities help students build confidence, foster teamwork, and enhance their leadership abilities. She further highlighted the importance of immersing students in the timeless wisdom and creativity found in these stories, which nurture both imagination and critical thinking. Her words resonated deeply with both students and teachers, inspiring them to continue exploring their potential through the fascinating world of Arabic literature.
The grand finale of the mega event concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks by Rita Bhandari, coordinator-Early Years, followed by all participants dancing to tunes of Arabic songs, conveying the message to live in the present and be grateful for all that we have. The audience gave a standing ovation, deeply moved by the power-packed performances and the captivating portrayal of the legendary tale of Alibaba and the Forty Thieves, which highlighted themes of courage, cleverness, and the triumph of good over evil. The event was a resounding success, showcasing the creativity, talent, and hard work of our students. It was a night of magic, adventure, and unforgettable moments, leaving everyone in awe of the tremendous effort put in by all.
