Gurugram (Paridhi Dhasmana), 25 April — A profound stillness has covered up the Jacobpura neighbourhood after the body of a 34 year old man was found hanging from a ceiling fan in a rented flat on the top floor of a three-storey building. The body of the man, identified as Ashok, is believed to have taken his own life two days before his body was discovered. Ashok was originally from Palam Village, South West Delhi, Delhi.
He was employed at a clothing showroom in Gurugram, had been residing with his family in the rented apartment for several months. After a foul odour began emanating from the flat the police was subsequently alerted. Officers from the police station responded to the alert and found the body. The investigation remains ongoing.
