South Indian megastar Mohanlal’s most-awaited magnum opus, Vrushabha, is finally ready to echo across global screens. The makers have officially announced its worldwide premiere on November 6, 2025, promising an experience unlike anything Indian cinema has ever delivered.
Written and directed by Nanda Kishore, Vrushabha is an epic saga that explores the intertwined destinies of love, fate, and vengeance – celebrating the unbreakable bond between a father and son.
Producer Ektaa R Kapoor describes the project as deeply personal and emotionally grand:
“We’re beyond excited that our magnum opus Vrushabha is hitting theatres on November 6. This story is very close to my heart – it has powerful emotions, royal drama, and celebrates the grandeur of Indian cinema. We can’t wait for the world to witness its magic on the big screen.”
Director Nanda Kishore calls it “a visual and emotional epic”:
“We built Vrushabha as an experience – it’s rich in emotion, visually spectacular, and filled with heart. It’s a story of relationships, sacrifices, and destiny colliding – something that will move audiences deeply.”
The recently released teaser has already set social media ablaze, showcasing Mohanlal as a warrior king whose line – “When destiny calls… blood answers!” – has become a national catchphrase. The tagline, Reborn Love – A Love So Strong, It Defies Death, adds a layer of mystique to what promises to be an immortal love saga.
The stellar cast includes Samyuktha Menon, Ragini Dwivedi, and Nayan Sarika, with more names to be revealed soon. Music is composed by Sam CS, sound design by Resul Pookutty, and dialogues penned by S.R.K., Janardhan Maharshi, and Karthik. The film’s high-octane action choreography comes from Peter Hein, Stunt Silva, and Nikhil, ensuring a cinematic explosion on screen.
Produced by Connecticut Media and Balaji Telefilms Ltd., in collaboration with Abhishek S Vyas Studio, the film’s producer lineup features Shobha Kapoor, Ektaa R Kapoor, C.K. Padma Kumar, Varun Mathur, Saurabh Mishra, Abhishek S Vyas, Praveer Singh, Vishal Gurnani, and Juhi Parekh Mehta.
Shot in Malayalam and Telugu, Vrushabha will release in Hindi and Kannada as well – marking a true pan-India and global event. With its emotional depth, powerful storytelling, and jaw-dropping visuals, Vrushabha is already being hailed as the biggest cinematic journey of 2025.
