Gurugram (Paridhi Dhasmana), 30 January. DTPE Amit Madholia, aka tiger’s team, has sealed a flat, Adani Oyesters M2K in Sector 102, B block, Flat no. B-1002, 10th floor, Gurugram.
The owner had started the renovation work in the flat. The owner was doing the renovation work without the permission of the administration.
The owner had demolished 2 internal walls: 1 of the store room and 1 of the kitchen, to make one big hall, without keeping in mind the safety of the building. He had also scrapped the existing tiles/stone for the floors, and other significant changes were to be carried out. Firstly, the work was done without any permission, and secondly mishap could have occurred.
Hence, after assessing the building’s safety, the administration sealed the flat as any mishap could have occurred.
