Bahadurgarh, 9 April. The National Investigation Agency (NIA) carried out raids on the residences of two accused individuals involved in a grenade-throwing incident in Gurugram. The operation, conducted in the village of Soldha, Bahadurgarh, saw authorities meticulously search both homes for about seven hours while also questioning the family members present.
According to reports, the NIA team targeted the homes of Vijay and Bhavesh during the raids. Local police were on standby during the operation. Officials confirmed that extensive searches were carried out at both locations, and crucial documents—including the suspects’ bank account details—were seized during the investigation.
It is noted that both suspects were implicated in an incident that took place last December in Sector-29, Gurugram, outside the Warehouse Club and Human Club, when grenades were thrown. Initially, Vijay was arrested by the police, but he later secured bail and has been evading capture since his release, whereas Bhavesh was apprehended at his residence.
Sources have indicated that the raids yielded several important leads, which the NIA expects will aid further investigations into the case.
