Krishna Shroff is winning hearts — and titles — on the reality show Chhoriyan Chali Gaon. In the latest episode, she clinched the coveted ‘Chhori No. 1’ title after powering through the show’s ‘Agni Pariksha’ challenge, completing a demanding obstacle course in just 46 seconds.
The task wasn’t just about speed — it carried a deeper connection to the village hosting the contestants. Participants first had to meet local residents, learn about their struggles, and then symbolically “sacrifice” one of those problems by burning an effigy, a tradition in Bamulia village.
During the episode, Krishna met Santosh and Seema, who shared their ongoing battle with flooding from the nearby Bamulia lake during monsoon. Their resilience left her deeply moved, inspiring her to dedicate her challenge to the cause.

Emerging victorious in the physical task was a proud moment, but for Krishna, the real victory was personal growth. “The Krishna who started this journey will be completely different by the end,” she said. “I think we will all leave here as better human beings.”
Her sincerity, humility, and connection with the villagers have quickly made her one of the most admired contestants — both in the village and among viewers. Social media is buzzing with support, with fans calling her “the heart of the show” and many already rooting for her to win the season.
With just a week into Chhoriyan Chali Gaon, Krishna Shroff has not only proven her strength and determination but also earned the love and respect of everyone around her. And if the last episode is any indication, her journey is only going to get more inspiring from here.
