Gurugram, 5 November: The 27th Haryana State Games, organised by the Haryana Olympic Association from 3rd to 5th November 2025, witnessed stellar performances at the Progressive Table Tennis Academy, Sector 65, Gurugram.
The Palwal District Table Tennis Team displayed outstanding skill and sportsmanship, emerging as the best-performing district in the tournament.
In the Women’s Team Championship Final, Palwal defeated Gurugram with a clean sweep of 3–0, showcasing dominance and teamwork. The champion team consisted, Kashvi Kalra, Mehar Garg, Sanjana Verma, Avni Dua, and Ryka Saini.
In the Singles category, Kashvi Kalra secured the Gold Medal with a 4–2 victory, while Meher Garg earned the Silver Medal after an impressive run throughout the competition.
In the Doubles Final, the dynamic duo Kashvi Kalra and Meher Garg powered their way to another Gold Medal, defeating Gurugram 3–1 in a thrilling match.
This outstanding overall performance made Palwal District the top achiever of the championship — a result of determination, discipline, and teamwork.
Special congratulations to their coach, Mr. Kunal Kumar, whose dedication and expertise played a vital role in the team’s success. Mr. Kumar, who is also part of the Indian National Team Coaching Staff, continues to bring pride to PTTA and the entire Palwal sporting community.
Their achievements once again prove that hard work truly pays off, and the future of table tennis in Haryana shines bright!
